Program Description:
Italiaidea

At Italiaidea SAI offers a language immersion language program that includes the option to reside in home-stay accommodations. By living with carefully selected Roman families, students are encouraged to put their Italian Language skills into practice everyday. Students may also choose to stay in student shared apartments.

Especially for students who are studying Italian Language and Culture, visiting Rome offers the academic adventure of a lifetime.

Subjects include:

  • Italian Language (Beginning, Elementary, Intermediate and Advanced)
  • "Italia Oggi" Culture courses offered in Italian

For students who wish to take elective courses in English, a special arrangement has been made for an Italiaidea/ John Cabot University collaboration during semester terms.

SAI oversees and coordinates all aspects of student enrollment, including application processing, course selection and credit, visa preparation, housing, student health insurance, transcripts and cell phone service. In addition, SAI provides comprehensive student services, beginning with pre-departure and leading to our on-site orientation.
