Study and explore nearby mountainous areas and traditional Isan communities and neighboring countries, i.e. Laos, Cambodia, and Vietnam with good public transportation. 

Take advantage of outdoor recreation and gain hands-on experience with a health internship or research assistantship during the summer term. 

Immerse yourself in the ancient cultural traditions and customs through fairs and festivals year-round in a fast-growing city and a gateway to Indo-China.

Enjoy the benefits of participating in a community health internship or research assistantship will combine a structured work or research experience with complementary courses designed to provide valuable insights into various health fields and the language and culture of Thailand.
